- Fresh Pratidin directly manages sourcing, quality inspection, packaging, and delivery.
- All products are procured by Fresh Pratidin or approved suppliers.
- Deliveries are fulfilled exclusively by company-appointed delivery personnel.
- Services are available in select local areas and will expand across West Bengal.
3. Eligibility
- Users must be at least 18 years of age.
- Minors may use the Services under parental or guardian supervision.
- Services are for personal, domestic use only.
- You must be authorized if acting on behalf of another person.
4. Account Registration and Use
- A valid account is required to place orders.
